Once upon a time, there was a little girl named Lily. Lily loved to play outside in the sunshine. One day, as Lily was playing hide-and-seek with her friends, she suddenly felt very tired. She knew that she needed to rest. So Lily went inside and lay down on her bed. She closed her eyes and tried to relax. As Lily drifted off into sleep, she started dreaming about all sorts of wonderful things. And when Lily woke up from her dream, she was feeling much better than she had been feeling earlier in the day. So what happened to Lily? Well, it turns out that Lily just needed to rest for a little while. And once Lily had rested for a little while, she felt much better and ready to go back outside and play with her friends.
